Reservation / Cancellation Policies
To Make a Reservation:
Simply call us with your desired dates for room availability. We will ask for a credit card number to guarantee your reservation; we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will charge your credit card for the full amount for your reservation on the deadline for cancellation. Our cancellation deadline is 4:00 PM the day before your arrival date, however it may be earlier, for large groups or certain popular events or peak time periods, at such occurrence, the cancellation deadline may be as long as 60 days prior to your arrival.
Full Refund / No Charge:
If you cancel your reservation BEFORE the cancellation deadline, we will make no charge to your credit card or issue you a full refund if we have already charged you. Our normal cancellation deadline is 4:00 PM the day before your arrival date, however it may be earlier, for large groups or certain popular events or peak time periods, at such occurrence, the cancellation deadline may be as long as 60 days prior to your arrival. We will tell you the deadline for canceling your reservation when you call and be happy to answer any questions you may have. .
Cancellation After the Deadline:
Cancellation of a Reservation is 4:00 PM, 24 hours before your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation AFTER the cancellation deadline (4:00 PM the day before your arrival date, or earlier if, you are part of a large group or during certain popular events or peak time periods, then your cancellation deadline may be as long as 60 days prior to your arrival), we will charge you for the full amount due for all nights of your stay. However, we will credit you that amount, which such credit can be used in our Hotel, Restaurant or Nightclub, for up to 12 months from the date of your Reservation (subject to room availability).
We are proud to serve each of our guests and work hard to make their stay a great experience and attempt to give a great value to our Guests.
Accordingly, we expect our guests to comply with all Regulations enforced by governmental agencies, as well as our Hotel Policies that are all for the safety and the benefit of an enjoyable experience in our Hotel.
Any Violation of these policies, (solely in the opinion of Hotel Management) that also includes a person’s behavior, which could be considered rude, or offensive, to other Hotel Guests or our Staff, and is at no fault of our Hotel, or its Management, we reserve the right to remove such person from the Hotel Premises and no refund of their stay or future reservation of their stay, shall be issued.
